What is the Immigration Medical Exam?
The Immigration Medical Exam is a required health evaluation for individuals applying for a green card or adjusting their immigration status in the United States. What to Expect
Your visit will include:

Required lab tests, including:
Tuberculosis (TB) blood test (QuantiFERON® or T-SPOT®)
Syphilis (RPR)
Gonorrhea test
* Vaccination guidance
Our team will review your vaccination records and inform you of any vaccines required by USCIS. If needed, we’ll help you arrange to receive them during or after your visit.
What to Bring
To ensure a smooth process, please bring:
* A valid government-issued photo ID (passport or driver’s license)
* Vaccination records (you may bring records from your home country)
* Immigration case number (A-number), if available
After the Exam
Once your results are ready and the exam is complete:
You will receive your completed and sealed I-693 form to submit to USCIS
A digital copy can be sent to you by email (upon request)
